The Skyline site in June of ’08 after the first in a series of resprout cuts and herbicide reapplication. It is unknown how many more cycles of cutting and herbicide application will be required to prevent regrowth. Over 40 gallons of herbicide solution were applied in July of ’08. Park officials indicate that the site may receive some sort of replanting in the near future.
