Latest update on HCN versus UC lawsuit

As you probably know, UC appealed their loss in Alameda County Superior Court to the 1st District Court of Appeals. After extensive briefing, oral arguments were heard last Wednesday. The case is listed as Claremont Canyon Conservancy vs. UC....the CCC and HCN cases were joined as they were virtually identical.

We expect to receive a ruling from the 3 judge panel shortly.
