Update on HCN versus UC lawsuit

As you know, the California Court of Appeals is planning on ruling on the HCN (and CCC) versus UC lawsuit sometime in mid-March. While we had been anticipating in-person interrogation by the panel, on 2/6 the Court decided this wasn't necessary.

We don't know what to make of this other than the Court apparently feels that they have enough information in the briefs to make a decision.

So, we're hoping that as was the case with the lower court, the strength of our arguments wins the day. Please direct your psychic energies towards this outcome as the stakes are enormously high.
